Returns Subject for Refund

We want to serve each customer in the best way possible and we understand that sometimes, there are those who would want to return an item and get a refund or have it exchanged with the right product. We are creating this Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy to govern any issue that may arise in an order which may need returning products for a refund or having it exchanged with the correct one.

For ordered item/s to qualify for a return and refund/ return and exchange resolution, it must meet the following conditions:

  • Subject product must be returned within 7 days after the customer receives it.
  • Product must not show any signs of damage incurred in the hand of the customer.
  • Product must not show any signs of being used or washed.
  • The product must be free from any unusual smell.
  • The item/s must be in their original packaging.
  • For products that are sealed, the seal itself must not be removed or tampered.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging complete with the shipping labels.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS DUE TO DAMAGE OR OTHER REASONS WHICH FALL ON THE CUSTOMER'S PART. For example, if a bracelet or ring does not fit because the customer failed to measure his/her wrist or finger size, we won't accept return and refund for the product.

For products being returned because of factory defect or any other reason which fall on our part, we will be responsible for the return shipping.

Please note that shipping and customs fees charged to the customer (if any) upon ordering are non-refundable so these fees (if any) will be deducted from the total refundable amount in case the returned item qualifies for a refund. For items to be returned which are worth over $75, we advise that a shipping option with insurance and order tracking would be used to lessen the risk on both parties.

Returns Subject for Exchange

There are times that a customer may have committed a mistake in ordering a product. For these cases, we will not offer any Return for Exchange solution. We only accept returns for exchange of the right item if the mistake is on our part. For instance, if our order processing department sent you the wrong product size, design etc even after you ordered the right one, we can offer a return for exchange resolution.

For items to be returned which are worth over $75, we advise that a shipping option with insurance and order tracking would be used to lessen the risk on both parties.

Sale Items

We conduct Sale promotions and clearance discounts. All of our on sale products and all discounted items in our shop are strictly non-refundable. It is the customer’s responsibility to order the correct product size, design or variant to ensure satisfaction.

Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds can take 10-21 days to appear on your bank account. If these days have passed and you still did not receive it, please make sure to double check your bank account again, you may have just overlooked it. In case you still don’t see it, first contact your bank or credit card company. Then, if you’ve done all these and you still don’t see your refund, please feel free to write us at support@fairluxury.com so we can assist you quickly.
